Hardly anyone would disagree with the importance of encouraging and enhancing faith programs for our children and youth. But what about adult faith formation? Somehow encouraging and enhancing adult learning gets put on the back burner. As adults we often get caught up in our lives, careers, families, etc. that we forget to pay attention to our own faith lives. Very few adults have spent much purposeful time nurturing their faith since confirmation age. A startling realization when we stop to think about who is teaching our children and mentoring our youth!

Adult learning and faith formation is essential for bringing about what God most hopes for the world. It warrants the energy invested in the faith formation of our children and youth. But for adults, it’s a little different. We have life experience. We have developed gifts and interests. We have a deeper sense of self. Adult learning and faith formation takes all these things into account. As a facilitator I work diligently to help you draw on your experience, tap into your gifts and passions, and take into account your personality and learning styles. I meet you where you are on your journey of faith, assuming nothing, and walk with you as we deepen our faith and draw closer to God.
