About Spiritual Direction Retreats Adult Learning Music

Sarah Cozzi, Founding Director
Experiences of God are transformational and occur persistently in and around us. Purposeful reflection upon these experiences draws us toward a more complete expression of the fullness of life in Christ Jesus; into a daily life that reflects the radical love of the Kingdom of God; into a closer relationship with God.

It is not revelatory to say that life is busy and moving at a faster pace than ever before in history. Nor is it revelatory to say that the western culture is spiritually poor. I believe an abundant life in the Kingdom of God here on earth is possible, in fact is what God calls us to. There is no one path toward this abundant life—this fullness of life in Christ Jesus. Each individual and each community has specific gifts and passions, desires and needs. It is my hope that through the ministries of spiritual direction, retreats, adult faith formaion, music, and pastoral support we are able seek the experiences of God in our lives, explore what God hopes for us through those experiences, enhance our God given gifts and passions, and thus be energized for ministry in the world.

Sarah Cozzi has a Masters in Christian Ministry (MCM) with an emphasis in adult faith formation and retreat ministry from Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley, CA. She has a certificate in the Art of Spiritual Direction from Mercy Center in Burlingame, CA and is a member of both the Lutheran Association of Christian Educators (LACE) and Spiritual Directors International (SDI). Sarah has over ten years of experience creating and implementing adult faith formation programs in a variety of venues and is passionate about creating opportunities for adults to experience the transforming love of God.
