Spiritual direction is purposeful attention given to the presence of God in all aspects of life and the ways in which we respond to that presence.

As a trained spiritual director, it is my profound honor to be a companion along your faith journey. I listen with you, without judgment, to the movements of the God in your life, regardless of faith tradition. Together we focus on your relationship with God, pay attention to the conversations of your heart, the movements of divine, and look for opportunities for you to draw closer in relationship with the God of your tradition.

Sessions are held in a quiet, safe, and prayerful space for up to 55 minutes at my office in either Hayward or Berkeley. Our first meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and is held at no charge. Trusting in the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we both agree to prayerfully consider whether we would like to continue our conversations. If so, we agree to regular meetings—usually once every three to four weeks. After the third or fourth session we will take a few minutes to discuss how things are going and decide if we would like to continue our spiritual direction relationship.

Pricing
I believe that cost should not a prohibitive factor in the ministry of spiritual direction and so I offer a fee range of $45 to $65 per session. Additional discounts are available for students.
